Whilst it is important to look smart, gone are the days where needing to wear a suit and tie or formal wear in interviews is the expectation! You will find each company may differ, but if you want you can always pop them a message or take a look at their Linkedin and company page to get an idea of what attire they may be wearing!
This can be a tough one to answer, because each salary can differ based on role type, depend on different factors and change throughout your first year or two.
For example, a £22k salary with regular salary reviews and progression opportunities, could end up increasing to £27k within the first year, compared to a £25k role that doesn’t increase at all within the first year.
Or you could be in a sales role with a £20k salary but with commission incentives, your average earnings could total £30k.
On average, we see entry level roles typically offer between the £20-25k range, but we would recommend doing your research!
