In your Jobs tab you'll be able to find all of our live roles. Based on what you've put in your preferences, the tab will automatically display the jobs that suit your preferences. For example, if you've added Customer Support as a preference, jobs that fit that role-type will show up initially. If you're looking to narrow down your search, you can filter roles based on Location, Role-Type and Job Type (temporary or permanent). Alternatively, if you're looking to broaden your search, you can click 'Show all jobs' and browse all our live vacancies.
After having a play around with your preferences, browsing roles on Tempo is super easy. The key information is displayed upfront, which highlights the name of the company, job title, pay, location and duration. For a more in-depth view of each role, click 'view brief' and you'll be able to read the full job description, role-requirements and skills necessary for the job. For tips and tricks on how to apply to jobs, read our section on applying to jobs.
Next to 'Jobs you'll find the Companies tab, which allows you to browse all the companies who have ever posted roles on our Platform. Each company will have a general overview of their key information, ie. sector, culture and size. From here, you can switch between showing companies who are actively hiring on Tempo or all companies. If you're looking to refine your search further, you can filter based on the desired sector you want to work in, ie. Finance or Technology.
Next to the hiring toggle, you'll see you can follow companies, meaning you'll receive email notifications when a company you're following posts a new role! It's a great way to stay connected to the companies you're most interested in and get ahead of the crowd for when they do kickstart their hiring. Likewise, you can use the search bar to search on specific companies you're interested in and see if we've worked with them in the past; we're continuously growing our awesome employer base, so we'd recommend utilising the follow feature to stay in the loop!
